05 Captain Services
Need a captain for you and your family?
You bought the boat to enjoy it, not to stress over every docking, every channel, every weather call.
As a USCG-licensed 100 Ton Captain with over 11 years on the water, I take the helm so you can take it easy. Day trips, weekend charters, deliveries between ports, owner support on long passages. I treat every vessel like it's my own, and every client like family. You relax. I'll handle the rest.

Roxanne Alemán, also known as
A marine biologist, and the woman at the helm I wish I had seen when I started.
My love for the sea began with my father, who taught me to respect it. When I entered this industry, I noticed how rarely women were leading on the water. That gap became my purpose.
In a field where confidence is often mistaken for competence, I built this business on the belief that true capability comes from education, preparation, and repetition. My mission is to bridge the gap between owning a vessel and truly knowing how to operate it, through private training and educational seminars shaped by years on the water and a background in marine biology.
This isn't about shortcuts. It's about building a foundation that lasts. Clients don't just leave with knowledge, they leave with clarity, control, and the confidence to handle their vessel with intention.
